Welcome to 2020! It’s a new year, and a new opportunity to get after your fitness goals. That’s why in-house fitness experts Matt and Sydney have created the New Year, New You comprehensive fitness program.
We hosted our first ever Facebook Live Friday, January 10th to give our community more information about this unique fitness program and how to use it to reach your fitness goals. During the live we also did 2 giveaways, the RW5515 Magnetic Rowing Machine, as well as an exercise package that included the 55cm Anti-Burst Gym Ball, Yoga Mat, and 8 lb Neoprene Dumbbells.
It was incredibly fun to connect with our community and giveaway some of our favorite products, and we definitely plan on hosting more Facebook lives, and giveaways in the future. So, if you haven’t joined our Official Sunny Health & Fitness Community of Facebook we definitely recommend it!
In our Facebook Live, we gave more information on our New Year, New You fitness program. This fitness program has everything you need to get fit in 2020 including 9 unique cardio workouts for rowers, treadmills, and cycle bikes, 3 resistance training workouts, and 3 core routines.
The workouts in this fitness program were developed from tried and true workouts that are not only effective, but that we personally find enjoyable and often incorporate into our own fitness routines. Each of the workouts is under 30 minutes, as we understand the need to accommodate busier schedules. You don’t need much time to get an incredible workout or see the results you’re looking for, just a consistent exercise routine; which, is exactly what this fitness program provides.
These fitness programs can be used in conjunction with one another to provide full comprehensive routine that includes cardio, strength training, and core, or use them separately to work on incorporating one of them into your regular routine. All of the elements provided in this fitness program are great for weight loss, as well as increasing your fitness and activity level.
The workouts in this fitness program were designed with beginners in mind. You should need no previous knowledge or experience to participate in these workouts. However, if you have any medical conditions, be sure to consult your doctor before participating in exercise.
While these workouts were designed for beginners, they are classic workouts that are effective for exercisers at any level. We specifically programmed the cardio workouts with a range of speeds and intensities, so that if you are intermediate or beyond you are able to adapt these workouts and take them to the next level or adjust as you get more fit.
