-Squat w/scapula retraction bodyweight; 2x 10reps
-Plank Toe Taps; 2x 5reps
 
WORKOUT
- Barbell Squat to Bench; 3x 8reps
- Seated Barbell Chin-up; 3x 8reps
- Pushups to Bench; 3x 8reps
- Landmine Towel Row; 2x 8reps
- Landmine B-Stance RDL; 2x 8reps
- Plate Overhead Dead bug; 2x 8reps
 
COOLDOWN
-Hamstring stretch to bench
-Couch stretch to bench
-Chest stretch on rack
-Lat Stretch
