Thank you for choosing Sunny Health & Fitness. All Sunny Health & Fitness products are guaranteed to the original purchaser subject to the terms and conditions as stated in this Limited Warranty. This warrant only applies to the United States domestic market.

THE FRAME Should the equipment frame fail due to a material defect or manufacturing error, Sunny Health & Fitness will replace the frame, provided that the replacement inquiry is made within ONE (1) YEAR of the purchase date. The original purchaser, in contacting Sunny Health & Fitness, must provide the proof of purchase as well as related order details.

ALL OTHER COMPONENTS Aside from the frame, all the other components to your Sunny equipment are subject to a NINETY (90) DAY warranty from date of purchase. Send all replacement part inquiries with their accompanying proof of purchase along with the part number (see User’s Manual), quantity, and a brief summary of the issue to

NOT COVERED UNDER WARRANTY This warranty does not cover ordinary wear and tear or anything you break accidentally or deliberately. This warranty also does not cover improper assembly, improper maintenance, paint damage, or damage due to accident, abuse, misuse, neglect, or theft. This warranty does not apply to damage due to installation of new parts. Use of this equipment for commercial purposes, rental, or hire situations will not be covered. Sunny Health & Fitness does not cover warranty service.

NOTE The original purchaser must return the damaged component(s) for inspection at the customer’s expense or show visual proof of the damage. Please be aware that the length of use on each Sunny Health & Fitness product varies based on the owner’s use and care of the equipment. Each owner should have their equipment periodically inspected for abnormal wear on the product, so as to ensure the safety of the user. Please be aware that Sunny Health & Fitness reserves the right to modify our product specifications without notice.
