If your sunny item just arrived damaged, or you have had it for some time and it became defective, this form is the place to start to achieve resolution.
Here's a checklist of things you will need to have ready while making an inquiry:
- For warranty claims and/or technical issues on your Sunny Health & Fitness products, please refer to our warranty details page to ensure your item meets the required qualifications of your item.
- A ‘Proof Of Purchase’ (order receipt) will be needed when inquiring for warranty services or parts requests. This can be a screenshot of your online purchase, or a scanned copy of a physical receipt. A proof of purchase MUST contain:
- Item/ Model #
- Shipping Address
- Date of Sale
- Date of Shipment
- Have your product Serial # handy (found on a sticker on the base of your product).
- Have your product Model # handy (found on the base of your product, and/or on your proof of purchase receipt)
- When inquiring for specific replacement parts, have the part# and part description handy (found from the Product User Manual)
