    2. Green Lettuce
    3. Dijon Mustard (Optional)
    4. Whole Wheat Tortilla or Flax Seed Flatbread (100-110 calories)
    5. 4.0 oz Tuna (86 calories)
    6. Cannellini Beans (50 calories)
  2. Mix tuna, greek yogurt, mustard, and beans in a bowl. Wrap in a tortilla with lettuce.
