Challenge your obliques with the Kettblebell Twists. Start with the No. 073 Soft kettlebell above your head and slowly descend your arms back down to your waist. Dance along to your favorite jams while you perform this fun exercise that works your arms and obliques (side abs)
Perform 15 repetitions on each side, 3 Times.
Get your heart pumping by bringing your No. 073 soft kettlebell under and over your thigh, while your legs are in a lunge position.
Perform 15 repetitions for each leg, 3 Times
Swing that kettlebell around and hold that lunge position. This workout will challenge your quads, calves, arms and core!
Abs! Abs! and more Abs! Start with your body flat on the floor as you grasp your 5 LB No.067 Vinyl Coated Kettlebell. Utilize your core to pull your body up.
Perform 25 Repetitions, 2 Times
If this is too challenging, you can try holding the kettlebell to your chest as you rise. Great Job!
Chest Presses with the Neoprene Dumbbells. Beef up your workout with weights. If you don’t have a workout bench (purchase one here) or lay flat on the ground.
Now hold onto those weights and push them towards each other. This motion will work out your chest and biceps. Good Luck!
Perform 10 repetitions, 3 times
Do the twist! You’ve done those Russian twists, but now it’s time to add some weight. Increasing the weights during your workout keeps your body from being too stagnant. Adding weights adds versatility and a challenge while you perform exercises.
