Simple and fun

It's a great E-Book and really goes back to the importance of knowing the basics. The workouts are amazing and this E-Book makes the entire process simple, fun and creative.

Great educational tool

Love Sydney!

I've been a longtime fan of Sydney's so when I saw this E-Book was available, I immediately scooped it up. I follow her on YouTube and Instagram and I absolutely love her workouts. She's very detailed and I always find myself learning a lot from her. So the book is amazing! I learned how to set my own schedule based on my goals to the importance of setting specific goals to what to expect after the program ends. Consistency is key so don't give up if you want to see results!
