Best Workout Book Ever

I have used this book religiously since I bought it. It allows me to see in detail what each workout entails and makes it easy to access that video. It also made it easier to safely use my Row n’ Ride. I highly recommend it!

It's worth it

Love it! I bought this together with my row n ride and I'm so happy I did! I was a bit clueless about how to use it and what kind of workouts to do but this ebook breaks everything down in simple terms and I'm able to follow along to the workouts too. Definitely was worth the money!

I've had my Row-N-Ride for 2 months now and absolutely love it! I was so happy when I found out they released this workout program guide!!! I bought it over the weekend and I'm really looking forward to following the workout plan to see more results!!!!

Taking workouts to next level

The guide is well written and seems to be very well thought out. I learned a lot of new information that I didn't know about my Row-N-Ride machine before like the different ways to use the machine and how not to use the machine. Highly recommend checking this ebook out if you want to take your workouts to the next level with this machine!
