"I lost 5 lbs using this elliptical everyday for the past 2 weeks! It comes with 16 levels of resistance and I've been working out on level 6-7. I can last about 20-30 minutes now. They have some built-in workout programs that I've found to be super helpful especially on days when I'm bored of the same old routine. The heart rate monitor is pretty accurate as I've tested it against my FitBit. I love that it doesn't require to be plugged in and it's easy to use."
