The performance monitor helps track body fat, calorie, distance, pulse, recovery, RPM, speed, temperature, with a calendar, clock, and a convenient scan mode. It can also connect to the SunnyFit app to display your metrics on your device as you follow along to the workouts.

Once you have downloaded and opened the SunnyFit app, go to the "Workouts" tab and press "Search". You should see your equipment name appear on the equipment list. Press "Select" and you are ready to choose your workout!
