3-LEVEL PULL-UP BAR

The pull-up bar is adjustable up to 3 levels so it can be modified to comfortably fit your height. Maximize your upper body strength by targeting various upper body muscle groups, depending on your pull-up grip.

ADJUSTABILITY

Highly adjustable with 18 different height settings, this rack can be modified to fit your body size. Just simply slide and set the J-Hooks or any attachment to your desired preference.

WEIGHT PLATE STORAGE

Conveniently store any extra and unused weights on the 1" plate holders which are designed to hold up to 100 lbs. each.

CUSTOMIZABLE

While the indoor squat rack comes with J-hooks, you can attach additional equipment like a dip bar (SF-XFA002), a bar holder attachment (SF-XFA003), a landmine attachment (SF-XFA004), a U-Ring attachment (SF-XFA005), or a lat pulldown attachment (SF-XFA006). Please note, SF-XFA003 and SF-XFA004 need to be purchased together for it to be fully functional.
