"I've had this treadmill for over a month now and I am very satisfied with it. It is sturdy and works well for me. It is relatively quiet and has a powerful motor. Once you get the speed up over 4 mph it is going fast enough to begin trotting. Over 5 mph and it is fast enough to run. The incline works well and is noticeable when you increase the incline on the treadmill. Overall, it's a great exercise tool that I use to supplement my other exercise routines. A good investment as far as I can tell."
