"The treadmill was easy to put together and is very sturdy. Provides a realistic workout because as the user provides all of the energy to keep the belt moving. Unlike a motorized unit where the motor moves the belt. You can adjust the tension on the belt to go from an easy walk to a full sprint. The only drawback is there is not a water bottle holder or a place to put an Ipad. I would buy this product again."

"This manual treadmill is a good workout we are 60 years old, and use this machine everyday, the only maintenance is to use pure silicone lube under the belt. The workout is very smooth, the belt moves easily on the lightest setting, but has 16 resistance settings and has a incline that adds to the workout. This is a Heavy duty frame machine."
