"Great value for money, and ideal for beginners. The larger weights are fairly large in diameter, but this does not get in the way of exercising. I have not had a problem with the locks getting loose, but they are extremely easy to tighten in the event that they do become loose. I would recommend these to anyone starting out that needs a low to medium weight range to start."
