"Really impressive piece of equipment, worth every penny. Heavy duty, really well built and feels solid even when I'm on it running or full sprinting. I'm 6-0, 185 and even when I sprint on it it's rock solid. Love it! Really great for Tabata workout type sprints which is why I bought one. One thing I will say, their is a fair amount of resistance even on the easiest setting, it took me a little bit of time to build up to using it for the tabata sprints."

"Very sturdy build. Excellent for incline walking and HIIT workouts. Tread is just under 18 inches wide, enough for a comfortable workout. I debated this treadmill vs the Sunny Force Fitmill and am glad I spent the extra money. I agree with other reviewers that resistance is relatively high- I am 170 lbs and mostly use this treadmill at 13 degrees and resistance levels 1-3. I also debated buying a more expensive motorized incline treadmill for the greater incline angle but find that 14 degrees incline provides plenty of incline."
