"The bench is very sturdy and I have no worries about it crumbling on me during a heavy set. It goes from decline all the way to 90 degrees. There is minimal space between the seat and the bench so I don't feel like you'll slide in. It does seem a little pricey but compared to commercial grade benches which can easily run $700+, this is a solid buy."
