"I'm 5'8 and weigh 180 and I was looking for an elliptical climber that is sturdy yet quiet due to my living space. This machine met my requirements. It feels safe when in use and doesn't shake even when I'm working out hard on it. The resistance is challenging enough for me which is also an important factor for me so there's room for growth. Overall, this is a great piece of equipment and I recommend it."
