Also, with the barbell gliding along the rails, it provides stability and promotes good form during exercise, making it great for beginners to learn proper squat mechanics. Series II also has an angled pull up bar that is adjustable to 3 heights and is designed with a multi-grip bar, as well as a 2-inch, heavy-duty steel bar.
The built-in gliding squat bar fits 2-inch weight plates.
The Squat Stand Power Rack has a carry weight capacity of 330 lbs. on the pull-up bar, 800 lbs. on the barbell, and 100 lbs on each of the weight plate posts.
