As a young athlete, Luis grew up extremely active. Expressing his body through movement, either through dance, soccer, or running; he became passionate of the science behind that movement to optimize his performance and longevity.

Luis graduated with a degree in International Business from the University of San Francisco, followed by a career in Public Relations. He left the corporate world, however, to pursue his passion for dance. He signed with one of Los Angeles’s top talent agencies, Go2Talent Agency, and began his career as a professional dancer and choreographer. In doing so, he started working at a fitness studio on the side, which soon led to his inspiration of becoming a fitness trainer himself. He received his Personal Training Certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and has since been training clients 1:1 as well as teaching group fitness classes. Throughout his career, he has had the opportunity of training a wide array of clients including pop sensation, Madonna.

Luis specializes in strength training, functional training, cardio, cycling, barre, and dance cardio. He loves fusing his love for movement, dance, and fitness into his training style and aims to make every workout as effective and enjoyable as possible.
