Upper Body Circuit (on stepper with resistance bands)
- 45 seconds Bicep Curls
- 45 seconds Upright Rows
- 45 seconds Tricep Kickbacks

Lower Body Circuit (off stepper)
- 45 seconds Sumo Squats
- 45 seconds Stationary Lunge Right
- 45 seconds Stationary Lunge Left
- 30 seconds Rest

Repeat entire workout 3 total rounds!
