Workout Details

2 Minute Warmup

Basic Step Upper Body Circuit

  • 10x Knee Pushups
  • 10x Plyo Box Dips
  • 10x Shoulder Taps
  • 10x Incline Pushups

Cardio Blast

  • Quick Step - 1 min
  • Power Step - 1 min
  • Quick Step – 1 min

Repeat Upper Body Circuit and Cardio Blast 3 times.
