2 Minute Warmup
Basic Step Upper Body Circuit
- 10x Knee Pushups
- 10x Plyo Box Dips
- 10x Shoulder Taps
- 10x Incline Pushups
Cardio Blast
- Quick Step - 1 min
- Power Step - 1 min
- Quick Step – 1 min
Repeat Upper Body Circuit and Cardio Blast 3 times.
