Use this workout card to keep track of the activities you complete during the weekend on your New Year, New Me calendar. You may choose to complete an activity each weekend day during the program or you can choose one day for an activity and one day of rest.
At minimum you should have completed 4 weekend activities by the end of the 30-day program. You should perform each weekend activity for at least 30 minutes. Hiking, bike riding, swimming, playing a sport, family walks, gardening, yard work, deep cleaning your home, or participating in physical activity with your children can all be considered weekend activities.
