Add a little spice to your snack time with this delicious chipotle hummus. This delicious dip blends up quick and goes great with fresh veggies, crackers, or pita bread for dipping! Serve for your friends as a delicious and healthy appetizer, or store it in the fridge for up to 5 days to enjoy for snacks to come!

 

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 can chickpeas
  • 1 chipotle pepper in adobo (plus more to taste if you like it spicier)
  • 2 Tbsp Tahini
  • 3 Tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1/3 Cup EVOO

DIRECTIONS

  1. Blend in a high-speed blender or food processor.
  2. Top with EVOO, sea salt, & red pepper flakes!
