Adrianne’s fitness journey began with a commitment to improving her health and feeling better in her own skin. She started with the Sunny Health & Fitness SMART Mini Stepper and a goal of just 2 minutes twice a day. Over time, she has built incredible consistency and now works out 6 to 7 days a week for 45 minutes to an hour. With the support of Sunny equipment and the SunnyFit® community, she stays motivated and continues showing up for herself every day.

    Introduction

Hi I'm Adrianne or ALMPD on the Sunny [SunnyFit®] app.

Question 1: What inspired you to begin your fitness journey?

My fitness journey started in February of 2025. At that time, I was pretty overweight, my health was pretty bad. I had high blood pressure, I was pre-diabetic, knee pain, lots of issues, and I just didn't feel really good about myself or my skin. So, I ended up getting a mini stepper online and it happened to be a SunnyFit® [Sunny Health & Fitness] Mini Stepper. I saw that it had an app so I signed up for the app. My goal at the time was to do 2 minutes twice a day since that's really all I could do at that time. I didn't have the capacity physically to do much beyond that.

Question 2: What does your current fitness routine look like?

Now, my fitness routine is I usually work out 6 to 7 days a week usually for 45 minutes to an hour. What specifically I'm doing depends on the badges for the month. I really like to work towards those badges.

Question 3: Which Sunny Health & Fitness equipment do you use most, and how does it support your workouts?

The one I would say that I use the most would be the foldable bike [Foldable Magnetic Exercise X-Bike] . Like I said, I'm not really somebody I would consider a fitness person, so if there's a way for me to make an excuse for not doing it I will fall back on that excuse. What I really like about the bike and why I feel like it's supportive of my workouts and my fitness journey, is that it's really easy. I can't really have it be an excuse for it's too hard to put it together or it's too hard to put it away. It's just pulling a pin out and it's ready to go. As far as the space it takes up, it doesn't take up a lot of space. I don't have to rearrange my whole living room to make it fit. So, it's really kind of excuse-proof if you're like me. It really gets me to the point where I have to do it. I don't have any reason not to do it. That would be probably the one I do the most. I also do enjoy it too. It is nice to have it be so quick and so easy.

Question 4: What does being part of the SunnyFit® community mean to you, and how has it supported or motivated your journey?

Having the community online is really great because just because I'm introverted doesn't mean that I don't sometimes need that motivation and that push to help me keep going when I feel like giving up. The positivity and the friendliness and the welcoming community there is really great to help keep me going, keeping me on track with my goals, and really making me feel welcome as part of somebody who's maybe not necessarily a fitness person. I do feel like I have a good community there anyways.
