If you’re new around here, a workout streak doesn’t mean you need to take a HIIT class every day of the week. Warmups, cooldowns, recovery sessions, and stretching classes are all fair game! You’ll hear your instructors urge you time and time again to stack warmups and cooldowns onto your workouts and make time for recovery and stretching sessions - why not give it a try and keep your workout streak up while you’re at it!

Found on the “Home” page of your SunnyFit® app, these carefully curated routines will tell you what to do and when taking all the thinking out of your workout schedule.
Start cycling with our 4-week ‘Mastering Cycling Basics’ program created with workouts from a variety of Sunny trainers focused on building the skills and fitness you’ll need to head into your cycling journey ready for it all!
There’s also, “Target Customize” which is perfect for those interested in working out in “free mode” without workout videos and will create customized targets based on your fitness goal and level. Or choose “AI Recommendation” to get a class schedule recommended to you based on your answer to a few basic questions.
Find Motivation as You Compete on the Leaderboard
You’ll love competing with your friends, family, and community and find the motivation you need to bring your best to each workout, interval, and rep. When the way to win is through hard-earned work and sweat, it makes the bragging rights all the sweeter!
Watch as you climb the leaderboard throughout your workout. You can check back in with the leaderboard in between intervals, or at the end of your workout to see how you stack up and make a realistic goal for how you want to show up in your next workout.
