Lindsey Reese, certified as a Group Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer since 2001, began her fitness journey as a competitive swimmer in Long Beach, CA. Her passion for resistance training grew from attending Group Fitness classes, leading her to become a Personal Trainer. She has trained clients of all ages, including an Olympian and bodybuilders, and is certified in strength training, HIIT, cycling, yoga, Pilates, and more.
