OVERVIEW:

Join Sunny Trainer Sofee for an intense full-body workout on and off your Row-N-Ride! Get your full body involved in a fast-paced Row-N-Ride circuit, alternating between lower body only work, and full squat and rows. Finish off your workout with a quick full-body dumbbell circuit to build full-body strength. For this workout, you’ll need a pair of dumbbells in addition to your Row-N-Ride. If you don’t have dumbbells at home, feel free to use cans, water bottles, or any other household objects as your weights for this portion of the workout!

Dumbbell Circuit
- 60 sec Biceps Curl to Front Squat
- 60 sec Curtsy Lunge (30 sec Left/ 30 sec Right)
- 60 sec Kneeling Single Arm Arnold Press (30 sec Left/ 30 sec Right)
