    Warmup

    • Neck rolls
    • Twist torso with side bend to back bend
    • Shoulder rolls
    • Deep breathing

    Workout

    • Set up decompression table turning lever for optimal stretch
    • Breathing
    • Roll lever to create a stretch and relax
    • Turn lever a half turn
    • Turn lever another half turn to right
    • Turn wheel to release tension
    • Turn wheel to feel significant stretch in the body
    • Turn wheel another half turn to right
    • Release

    Cooldown

    • Sit up and slide feet out of table
