    • Steady jog to 4.0 to 5.0 speed
    • Recover speed between 2.0 and 3.0
    • Working pace between 4.0 and 5.0
    • Slow walk between 2.0 and 3.0
    • Stop running, step off treadmill for mobility flow
    • Recovery walk
    • Running interval 4.5 and 6.0 
    • Recovery pace 2.5 to 3.0
    • Running interval 4.5 to 6.0
    • Recovery pace 2.5 to 3.0
    • Running 4.5 to 6.0 max pace
    • Recovery walk
    • Stop running, step off treadmill for mobility flow
