Get your walk on while using different muscle groups of the legs to challenge your body and mind! Coach Mandee will engage your heart rate and your mind as you tread your way through 15-minutes of flat road and a mixed incline walk. Complete with a brief warm-up and cooldown, you will have a great workout under your belt!
