OVERVIEW:

What goes together like peanut butter and jelly? Cardio and Core! This is the perfect combination to get your waistline slimmer and get your heart stronger. Trainer Chaz will whip you into shape in only 20 minutes with intervals of core exercises off the treadmill, followed by jogging intervals. Set your own treadmill pace as you aim to increase your stamina towards the end of the workout.
