OVERVIEW:
Let’s burn out that upper body today with Sunny Trainer Sofee’s 15-minute upper body pyramid workout! Complete 1 minute of each exercise as you work your way up and back down the pyramid, beginning and ending with the same exercise. For this workout, you’ll need 2 sets of dumbbells (preferably) – one heavy and one light. Choose weights that are challenging for you, and let’s make it happen!
WORKOUT DETAILS
Intro - Pushup to Superman Reach - 60 sec - Reverse Grip Row (5) + Curls (5) - 60 sec - Single Arm Dumbbell Snatch - 30 sec each side - Dumbbell Front Lateral Raises - 60 sec - Chest Press + Hold - 60 sec - Skull Crushers + Pullovers - 60 sec - Man Makers - 60 sec - Skull Crushers + Pullovers - 60 sec - Chest Press + Hold - 60 sec - Dumbbell Front Lateral Raises - 60 sec - Single Arm Snatch - 30 sec each side - Reverse Grip Row (5) + Curls (5) - 60 sec - Chest Fly - 60 sec - Locomotive Upright Row - 60 sec - Pushup + Superman Reach - 60 secEND WORKOUT
