OVERVIEW:

This fun workout involves quick changes between intense cardio with a variety of jumps and climbs that will keep you working off your seat. All combined with breaks for strength training to target and tone your upper body musculature. Ride along with Sunny Trainer, Sydney, as she coaches you through this ride for an exciting full body conditioning workout.

Workout Details

Warmup (Low Resistance, 70-80 RPM)

  • 1:00 Easy Cycle - 0:30 Climb
  • 0:30 Easy Cycle
  • 0:30 Climb
  • 0:30 Easy Cycle

Conditioning Round (Medium-High Resistance, Quick Cadence (90+ RPM))

Cardio Circuit (Medium-High Resistance)

  • 0:30 Jumps
  • 0:30 Climb

Repeat 3 Times

Recovery

  • 1:00 Easy Cycle Strength Circuit
  • 0:30 Curl to Press 
  • 0:30 Tricep Extensions
  • 0:30 X’s

Repeat 2 Times

*Repeat Conditioning Round 1 more time before moving on*

1-Minute Burnout Round (High Resistance)

  • 0:10 Hard Cycle
  • 0:50 Recovery

*Repeat until 1:00 is up*

Cool down (Low Resistance, Low Cadence)

  • 2:00 Easy Cycle
