If you’ve had enough of box jumps, you’ll be happy to know that a plyo box can serve as a great, all-around piece of exercise equipment. In this video we’ve demonstrated upper- and lower-body exercises that you can boost your physical performance. Instead of just jumping on to the box, follow along to perform depth drops, step ups and mountain climbers. And remember, box jumping exercises are for advance exercisers only, and users should use caution when attempting any jumping or dropping movements.
