OVERVIEW:
Welcome to your Tabata-style, intermediate Ministepper workout with coach Shira!
This is no ordinary Mini Stepper workout. Learn how to get more bang for your buck as Shira leads you through 20 seconds of work then 10 seconds of rest for the first 7 minutes, followed by 60 seconds of active rest. Repeat it again and before you know it, your glutes, quads, and calves will be on fire!
