As a complement to your cardio vascular training program, complete these strength-enhancing exercises between 2-3 times per week to help increase your riding strength and performance. Make sure to perform this workout on non-consecutive days. This workout can be performed on the same day you do cardio. Although, it is advised that you perform the strength enhancing exercise prior to cardiovascular activity, if possible. After the general warm-up, complete the strength enhancing exercises in order. Complete all sets and reps before moving on to the next exercise.
