Sprint along with our newest Sunny Trainer, Sam Candler, for this intense All-Out 10-Minute HIIT Treadmill Workout! It may be quick, but this HIIT workout is not easy. Try it as a burnout at the end of your next run or do it as a standalone workout – either way, you’re in for a crazy good workout in just 10 minutes!

WARMUP
Warmup: Walk
Warmup: Walk + 6% Incline
Warmup: Jog at 4% Incline
Warmup: Jog at 2% Incline
Warmup: Run Flat, No Incline

INTERVAL 1
Run Flat, 5-7 MPH
Run + 2% Incline
Sprint Flat, 6-8 MPH
Recovery – 45 seconds

INTERVAL 2
Run Flat, 5-7 MPH
Run + 4% iNCLINE
Sprint Flat, 6.5-8.5 MPH
Recovery – 45 seconds

INTERVAL 3
Run Flat, 5-7 MPH
Run + 6% Incline
Sprint Flat, 7-8 MPH
