  • 10 Press Ups
  • 10 Side Lunges (each side)
  • 10 Rollups

300 Quick-Paced Step (Between Quick Step & Regular Step)

Mini Circuit

  • 10 Back Squats
  • 10 Press Ups

200 Quick-Paced Step (Between Quick Step & Regular Step)

Mini Circuit
