Follow along with Sunny trainer Matt as he coaches you through this 15-minute full body cardio step workout. This workout includes six 1 minute stepping intervals at different intensities mixed with seven different body weight exercises for the upper body, lower body, and core. Increase muscular development and strength in many of your major muscle groups while achieving a great calorie-burning cardiovascular workout on your mini stepper!
