Put your upper body to the test with a combination of different rows. With rowing intervals focused on one arm at a time, you’ll be feeling the burn in no time. Finish off with some quick Tabata sprint intervals to get the heart pumping and rev up that calorie burn!

UPPER BODY INTERVALS
- 1 min Wide Grip Left Arm Only Rows
- 1 min Wide Grip Rows
- 1 min Wide Grip Right Arm Only Rows
- 1 min Underhand Grip Rows
- 1 min Underhand Grip Left Arm Only Rows
- 1 min Underhand Grip Rows
- 1 min Underhand Grip Right Arm Only Rows
- 1 min Overhand Grip Rows

TABATA SPRINTS
- 20 second Sprint
