OVERVIEW:
Welcome to your Beginner HIIT workout on the Ministepper with coach Shira! Today, Shira will guide you through seven different exercises, 45 seconds of work on the Ministepper, and 15 seconds of rest between intervals. You will have 1 minute of rest between rounds which will give you just enough time to gather up stamina for round 2! Shira will motivate you to push the stepper to the limit and give your glutes an extra burn through a sequence of squats. Grab your stepper and tone those legs!
