We know how easy it can be to lose sight of your fitness goals as summer rolls around so we created the Fit Summer Beach series to keep you moving whether you're on vacation or just looking for motivation to stay active!

Today’s fun full body workout with Sunny Trainers Sydney and Alex is designed to challenge your entire body, balance and strength while taking in gorgeous beach views.

 

WORKOUT DETAILS

MOBILITY WARMUP
- Warmup: World's Greatest Stretch x2 each
- T-Drill TRI-SET A – 40 SECONDS; 20 SECONDS x 2 SETS
- Push-Up to Mountain Climbers – 40 seconds
- Single Leg RDL to Knee Raises (Right) – 40 seconds
- Single Leg RDL to Knee Raises (Leg) – 40 seconds
- Side Planks (Right) – 40 seconds
- Push-Up to Mountain Climbers – 40 seconds
- Single Leg RDL to Knee Raises (Right) – 40 seconds
- Single Leg RDL to Knee Raises (Leg) – 40 seconds
- Side Planks (Left) – 40 seconds

TRI-SET B – 40 SECONDS; 20 SECONDS x 2 SETS
- Prone Swimmers – 40 seconds
- Side to Side Skaters – 40 seconds
- Dead Bugs – 40 seconds
- Prone Swimmers – 40 seconds
- Side to Side Skaters – 40 seconds
- Dead Bugs – 40 seconds

COOLDOWN
