Get ready for lots of pulse work on your Row-N-Ride to tone and strengthen the glutes, paired with core exercises off your Row-N-Ride. Follow along with Sunny Trainer Sofee as she coaches you through this challenging but rewarding session on your Row-N-Ride!

- 30 sec Snow Angel Sit-Ups
- 30 sec 3-Point Reach Sit-Ups
- 30 sec V-Ups Left

- 30 sec Bicycle Crunches
