OVERVIEW:

Welcome to your beginner, 10-minute Treadmill Walk and Jog with Coach Brittany. After a two-minute warmup, you have the option to pick up your pace into an easy jog and add incline if you want a more vigorous workout. Either way, in a quick 10 minutes, you'll be able to start your day or end it with a nice sweat!
