  • Side to side rotations
  • Hip rotations
  • Reverse lunge with arm raises
  • Warmup pace

Workout

  • Increase incline and speed, Steady state walking pace
  • Squat with rotation
  • Hinge with reach
  • Lunge with side lean
  • Single leg extension
  • Step on treadpad; incline to highest, increase speed
  • Reduce incline to 0 and speed to 1; long stride walk
