- Forward Fold, Deep Squat, Step Back to World’s Greatest – 2 Minutes

- Side to Side Bodyweight Squat – 1 Minute

-  Light Kettlebell Deadlift – 1 Minute

-  Reverse Lunge, Balance – 1 Minute

 

WORKOUT

- Kettlebell Swing (Option to Deadlift If Uncomfortable with Swing) – 40 Seconds

- Goblet Squat – 40 Seconds

- Lateral Lunge, Crossover Lunge (L) – 40 Seconds

- Lateral Lunge, Crossover Lunge (R) – 40 Seconds

- Vertical Clean – 40 Seconds

 

- Rest – 80 Seconds

 

- Kettlebell Swing – 40 Seconds

- Goblet Squat – 40 Seconds
