We’ve devloped this lower body blaster workout to help increase your muscular strength and endurance in your lower body while burning a significant number of calories in a relatively short amount of time.
For a challenge, finish this workout in fewer than 15 minutes with rest breaks. Perform each movement in a controlled manner while keeping your tempo quick or slow. If you are feeling strong, skip the rest periods and see how fast you can complete the workout! We recommend that you start with a kettlebell weight that’s easy to lift. As your strength and endurance improves, you can lift heavier kettlebells.
