  • Chin Ups
  • Chin Tucks
  • Shoulder Rolls
  • Trunk Rotations
  • Ankle Extension/Flexion, Inversion/Eversion
  • Chest Opener

WORKOUT:

BALANCE EXERCISES

  • Tandem Walk – 1 x 8
  • Stork Stands – 1 x 0:20

STRENGTH EXERCISES

  • Wall Slides – 1x10
  • Chair Squats – 1x10
  • Wall Pushups – 1x8
  • Calf Raises – 1x8

COOLDOWN

  • Standing Chest Stretch
  • Standing Calf Stretch
