You don’t need to spend thousands on fitness equipment to get an incredible workout at home. In fact, you can build an incredible home gym with a relatively small investment in a few pieces of high quality, affordable fitness equipment. Below, I’ve collected a few of our top-selling affordable equipment options, along with some of our favorite workouts to follow along with at home!

1. Row-N-Ride

Target your upper body by using the attached resistance bands to complete upper body exercises as you step. This cardio machine is an affordable way to get a great cardio workout from home while compact, which makes it easy for storage or moving from room to room in your house. 3. Exercise Ball

An exercise ball is a great tool for strengthening your entire body. It requires a great deal of stability to balance on a ball like this, which makes it great for completing a variety of ab exercises, glute bridges, or hamstring curls. It can even be used to sit on while performing dumbbell curls or other upper body exercises to add a stability and coordination challenge to your workout. 4. Jump Rope

Jump roping is an incredible form of cardiovascular exercise, it’s not only challenging but highly portable as this would be an easy piece of equipment to pack into a carry on bag and bring along with you on vacation. Jump ropes are great for beginners to advanced exercisers as they can be used for a variety of workouts from HIIT to circuit style training. Use it for a cardio boost between exercises like pushups and squats or jump rope for 5 minutes for a great warmup before any workout.

They’re great for circuit style workouts, strength training, and everything in between - trust me, you’ll find yourself using them time and time again. 7. Aerobic Step
