Britt is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Corrective Exercise Specialist and a Certified Yoga Instructor. She developed a love for exercise and getting stronger in her twenties when she began teaching group classes at a local studio. She fell in love with helping other women view strength training as a path to loving their body as they work toward their goal. She firmly believes getting to move our body each day is something to celebrate! As a Stage IV cancer survivor she has a deep love for being able to move freely and uses fitness as a way to show her body love and loves getting to see all that it can do.

When she isn’t in the gym or the yoga studio you can find her out on a hiking trail with her two beautiful dogs, gardening with her toddler, or enjoying the sunshine with some iced tea relaxing in a hammock. For Britt it is all about finding that balance!
